Saint Bernard Rescue understands this is a difficult choice to rehome your furr baby. In an effort to make the transition as easy as possible on your loved one, we ask that all families looking to surrender their Saint to our rescue, completely fill out this surrender intake form. Please have your vet either provide you with or email us copies of any vet records you may have. Our email is saintsrgreat6@gmail.com. Once received our adoption coordinator will make arrangements to come and pick up your loved one to get them settled into their foster home.
